<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Añadimos el azúcar.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Añadimos el extracto de vainilla.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Esperamos hasta que esté a punto de hervir, lo retiramos del fuego y lo tapamos durante 30 minutos.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Mezclamos en un bol medio vaso de leche y la maicena.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">En una cacerola ponemos las yemas de los huevos.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Añadimos el azúcar y batimos.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Añadimos la leche con la maicena.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Añadimos la leche con el azúcar y la vainilla que teníamos reservado.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Lo ponemos al fuego y mezclamos hasta que espese, sin dejar de remover.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Cuando tenga la textura que se ve en el vídeo, apartamos del fuego y seguimos removiendo durante un minuto más.</span></li>

<span style="font-size: small;">PREPARACIÓN TRUFAS DE CHOCOLATE:</span></h2>

<span style="font-size: small;">Ponemos a hervir la nata montada, cuando esté hirviendo retiramos del fuego.</span></h3>
</li>
<li><h3>
<span style="font-size: small;">Fundimos el chocolate, podemos hacerlo al baño maría o en el microondas, si es en el microondas lo calentamos de 30 en 30 segundos para que no se queme, y lo vamos removiendo.</span></h3>
</li>
<li><h3>
<span style="font-size: small;">Echamos la nata en el chocolate e integramos bien.</span></h3>
</li>
<li><h3>
<span style="font-size: small;">Dejamos la mezcla una hora fuera de la nevera para que se enfríe y después metemos en la nevera 24 horas.</span></h3>
</li>
<li><h3>
<span style="font-size: small;">Con una cuchara pequeña cogemos un poco de la mezcla y con las manos le damos forma redonda y la rebozamos por fideos de chocolate, almendra, coco rallado, etc...</span></h3>

<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Cortamos la cebolla y el ajo y lo pochamos en una sartén. Añadimos la carne picada.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Cuando la carne ya esté echa añadimos el tomate, la sal y la pimienta. Reservamos</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Seguimos las instrucciones del fabricante para las láminas de lasaña.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Engrasamos la fuente con mantequilla.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Colocamos una capa de láminas de lasaña y encima repartimos la carne. Echamos bechamel.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Tapamos con una capa de pasta. Repetimos el proceso.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Acabamos con una capa de pasta, repartimos la bechamel por encima y echamos queso rallado.</span></li>

<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Cuando esté caliente echamos la harina.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Removemos hasta que se dore la harina y empezamos a echar la leche poco a poco. No parar de remover para que no queden grumos. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Seguimos incorporando la leche hasta que quede una masa espesa. Retiramos del fuego y añadimos sal.</span></li>

1.- Separar las claras de las yemas.<br />2.- Batimos las claras al punto de nieve y reservamos.<br />3.- Batimos las yemas junto al azúcar y la sal.<br />4.- Añadimos las claras montadas a las yemas e incorporamos con movimientos envolventes para conseguir esponjosidad.<br />5.- Añadimos la harina con la levadura y el cacao en dos tandas, procurando mantener el aire de la masa.<br />6.- Untamos el molde con mantequilla y harina y con el horno ya precalentado lo introducimos a 180ºC durante 25 min.<br />7.- Retiramos el bizcocho del horno cuando pinchemos con un palillo y este salga limpio. Esperamos 10 minutos para que se enfríe y poder desmoldar.<br />8.- Repetimos el proceso para hacer 2 bizcochos. Si os sale alto porque vuestro molde es más pequeño cortar el bizcocho por la mitad.</span></h3>

<span style="font-size: small;">PREPARACIÓN TORTILLA DE PATATAS CON CEBOLLA Y PIMIENTO:</span></h2>

<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br />1.- Preparamos todos los ingredientes: pelamos, lavamos y cortamos las patatas, cortamos el pimiento y la cebolla.</span></span></h3>

<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">2.- Freímos las patatas. También las podemos cocer en el microondas para que sean más sanas, solo tenéis que meter las patatas cortadas en un tupper de silicona, echarle un poco de aceite y sal, tapamos el tupper y lo metemos en el microondas durante 5 minutos, lo sacamos y lo movemos, lo volvemos a meter otros 5 minutos. En total son 15 minutos, hasta que las patatas salgan blandas.</span></span></h3>

Aplastamos un poco las patatas para que quede la tortilla por igual. Cuando veamos que se ha cuajado por debajo le vamos a dar la vuelta, para ello podremos un plato o una tapadera encima de la sartén, la giramos y volvemos a echar la tortilla en la sartén. Esperamos un par de minutos para que se cuaje por abajo y ya podemos servir.</span></span></h3>

<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Calentamos la crema de cacao en el microondas (de 30 en 30 segundos para que el cacao no se queme).</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Encima de una oblea echamos 2 cucharadas de cacao y lo extendemos por toda la oblea.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Una vez extendido ponemos otra oblea encima, repetimos la operación hasta llegar a la altura que deseemos.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Una vez tengamos la altura deseada cubrimos con la crema de cacao los laterales de la oblea y la parte superior.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Para la decoración hemos utilizado 2 trozos de kit kat y una bolas de chocolate.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-size: small; font-weight: normal;">Dejamos enfriar en la nevera hasta que el cacao se ponga duro, unas 2 horas.</span></li>

<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">1.- Para la bechamel: Ponemos la sartén a calentar a fuego medio, con dos cucharadas de aceite. Cuando esté caliente echamos cinco cucharadas de harina, integramos bien y poco a poco vamos incorporando la leche mientras removemos para que no queden grumos. La masa tiene que quedar espesa no paréis de remover. Tendremos que tenerlo siempre a fuego medio para que no se nos pegue y tendremos que esperar que la masa espese sin parar de remover.</span></span></h3>

<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">2.- Cuando ya tengamos la bechamel lista, la retiramos del fuego e incorporamos el relleno, removemos y reservamos hasta que se enfríen.</span></span></h3>

<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">3.- Por último las rebozamos y las freímos, para ello prepararemos en un plato dos huevos batidos y en otro plato pan rallado. Con dos cucharas cogemos la masa y vamos dándole la forma de croqueta y la pasamos primero por el huevo y a continuación por el pan rallado, cuando las tengamos listas, las freímos y las ponemos en un plato con papel absorbente.</span></span></h3>

<span style="font-size: small;">PREPARACIÓN LEMON PIE / TARTA DE LIMÓN:</span></h2>

<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;">1.- Preparamos la masa quebrada ( ver receta <a href="https://recetaspasitoapasito.blogspot.com.es/2016/08/masa-quebrada-video-tutorial.html" target="_blank">AQUÍ</a> ), ponemos una masa quebrada en el molde de la tarta y con el horno precalentado a 170 Cº introducimos la parte de abajo de la masa quebrada con papel de horno encima y legumbres para que no le salgan burbujas a la masa. Horneamos durante 15 minutos.<br />2.- Vamos preparando la mousse: hidratamos la gelatina en agua fría durante 10 minutos.<br />3.- Rallamos 2 limones y en un bol exprimimos el zumo al que añadimos el azúcar y la ralladura de limón. Metemos el bol 1 minuto al microondas e incorporamos la gelatina ya hidratada, removemos hasta que se disuelva. Reservamos y dejamos enfriar.<br />4.- Montamos la nata y añadimos la mezcla del limón, ralladura, azúcar y gelatina.<br />5.- Añadimos la nata de limón a la masa quebrada ( ya fría y desmoldada) y la introducimos en la nevera un mínimo de 6 horas para que cuaje bien.<br />6.- Para decorar añadimos chocolate.</span></span></h3>
